Healing Happens in Many Forms

I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can begin to untangle what’s going on and find your way forward. With flexible options like online sessions or walk and talk therapy in nature, we’ll work in a way that suits you.

Supporting You Through Anxiety and Depression

Living with anxiety or depression can feel overwhelming—but you don't have to face it alone. My approach is rooted in compassion, clarity, and practical support. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
Whether you're feeling constantly on edge, stressed, weighed down by low mood, or simply not like yourself, we'll work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. I help you:

  • Understand your anxiety or depression and how it shows up in your life
  • Develop tools to manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions
  • Build healthier coping strategies and routines
Reconnect with your sense of purpose and self-worth
  • Feel more grounded, empowered, and supported

Each session is tailored to your needs—because there's no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. My goal is to meet you where you are, and walk alongside you as you move toward a more balanced and hopeful future.

Support for Families Affected by Addiction

When someone you love is struggling with addiction, the impact reaches far beyond them. Family members often carry a heavy emotional burden—feeling helpless, overwhelmed, angry, or lost. In therapy, I provide a supportive space where you can begin to process these feelings, understand addiction more clearly, and start to reconnect with your own needs and boundaries.

Together, we will work on:

  • Making sense of the chaos that addiction can create in families
  • Setting healthy boundaries without losing compassion
  • Letting go of guilt or responsibility that doesn’t belong to you
  • Strengthening communication and emotional resilience

Whether your loved one is in recovery, actively using, or somewhere in between, your well-being matters. Therapy can help you find stability, clarity, and a path forward—regardless of the choices they make.

What’s online therapy?

Online therapy is just like regular therapy – but from the comfort of your own home. We chat over a secure video call (I use Zoom) so you can be anywhere you feel comfortable- your couch, your kitchen table, even your car.

Online therapy is a good fit if you have a busy schedule. It cuts down the time spent travelling to a venue for face to face therapy and you can also feel more at ease in your space.

If you are wondering research has also shown that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions.

Walk and Talk Therapy

What is it?

Walk and talk therapy takes place outdoors, offering a grounding, spacious alternative to traditional indoor sessions. We walk side by side through a location of your choice, e.g. a quiet local park, coastal path, or green space, creating a relaxed setting to explore whatever’s on your mind.

Being in nature, moving gently, and talking at your own pace can support clearer thinking, reduce stress, and help you feel more at ease.

If you are interested then I will send you some information via email.

Testimonials

Tina is a fantastic therapist, I love her mixed and tailor-made approach that has provided me a variety of new learnings. I was feeling overwhelmed, stuck in a tunnel and very lost. I went into this trying to fix something but it evolved into so much more that brought awareness and a deep understanding of myself. Our mental health should always be prioritised, I would encourage anyone to be guided by the positive professional help Tina offers.
